I'm back with another Twin Flame Energy Update (after 2 years!)

Hey! It's been so long since I last posted a blog entry about twin flames! The last entry was almost exactly two years ago, back in late September 2019, when the world and my position on the "twin flame" journey felt entirely different to what it feels like now. So much has changed (for the better!) I feel such a monumental raise in vibration on both a personal and collective level, despite appearances to the contrary, if watching the news is anything to go by (which it isn't of course). Yes, this is the Great Awakening everyone was talking about, and no, it's not pretty, but such immense growth never is. The deepest growth comes through facing adversity, forcing us out of our comfort zones into greater expansion. We are definitely going through a lot of growing pains as a collective, but I find myself more peaceful than ever.

From this place of greater peace and stillness, my mind is able to surrender much more, to begin allowing the flow of unfiltered insight to come in, as old belief systems that were holding me back have started to really shift a great deal. I am really excited as I continue on this journey of taming the mind's urge to attach stories, outdated beliefs and therefore distorted meanings to the insights I receive. As I continue to practice non-attachment in this way, I become freer and far more peaceful. I have become much more mindful to actively embrace the beautiful and expansive present moment as much as possible by releasing the mind's urge to constantly gravitate towards a perpetual loop of thoughts, which more often than not, would cause me to get stuck in past or future, painful stories and relentless frustration. My soul became so tired of this, it couldn't go on in that state any longer. Something had to give! So, to a large degree, my mind "gave way" to drop into my heart, the gateway to my Higher Self and the infinite universe.

I've realised many things. Mostly, I've come to understand that it's time to live in the now, let go of thought and sink into being! And how beautiful it is to surrender the mind's grip and allow the gates of infinite presence to open, where I can bathe in the magic of the wondrous, never-ending universe. That is the ultimate balm for the soul, to allow it to come more alive in this sacred human body. 

But anyhow, (I could go on about my journeys "into the deep" forever!) I am excited to get into the energy update! I feel I am better equipped now (than two years ago) to provide genuine help and support to my fellow travelers on this amazing journey.

I will be using runes to assist me in today's reading. This is a divination practice I wish to study more and use more often. This reading relates to Divine Love, Soulmates and Twin Flames. Ultimately, the labels don't matter in the grand scheme of things, but for purposes of this blog being found on the internet, I use the term twin flames.

​So, lets get started...

Kenaz - "Torch"

For the past few weeks, the twin flames were feeling lost in the shadows of wounding and fear. In this natural part of the awakening process, they were pulled back into the socially conditioned pattern of overthinking, which submerged them in fear-based thoughts, leading to immense anxiety. 

By interacting with the union through the mind in this way, fears of abandonment and rejection began to flood into the thoughts. This lead to a heightened sense of "separation" as the focus was taken away from the heart space; the place from which the Oneness of the union is always felt and known.

It has become clear to them, that this is just a natural cycle of ascension, where the fears rise up from the subconscious into the conscious awareness to be released. They are reminded once again from spirit, through this lesson, to mindfully observe the fears and wounds when they come up, rather than to become so identified with them and sink into a downward spiral of despair. They have shifted to a higher perspective, above the fears, rather than sinking down into feeling the fears to be true.

This cycle will happen again, most likely many times over, make no mistake about it, but each time, the descent into shadow will become less and less convincing and easier to rise out of again, coming back into the heart space of Union. 

The light has shone upon a deeper layer of wounding and turned it into the light. As a result, this heightened perspective has lead to a deep understanding of the mechanics of this process of ascension and why it is totally necessary and normal. 

Now the twins are relaxing back into to the heart space, knowing they are not rejected or abandoned (as their fears were telling them) by the other at all. They are learning how to shift more quickly into the sacred heart's inner knowing of their endless love. With this deeper layer of faith now revealed, they feel closer than ever. They trust more in the love and their continuing path, and a bit less in the fears.

Ansuz - "God's Breath"

The twins' faith in the Divine has strengthened through this time in the shadows. They prayed to God for the answer to their most pressing question - "Does my twin flame still love me?"  and God answered with an ecstatic "Yes!" Oh what joy and relief in that answer!

They are learning to surrender more to God's plan for them. They are beginning to see that they won't always understand what is happening or why at certain times on the path, but to sit tight and keep having faith. When the time is right, they will understand the meaning of it. This is being proved to them time and time again.  

Thus, the twin flames have begun to release more layers of their self-criticism and judgement. No longer are they belittling themselves so much for falling back into shadow. They are beginning to understand that it's just a part of the cycle of their journey back into unity consciousness.

Tiwaz - "Justice"

The twins have triumphed in this latest stage of their growth. Their soul family is celebrating their success and the twins are uplifted into deeper love and joy than ever before. 

They feel great happiness and relief because, after a time of doubt, they now know that this path is real and strong, that they are not losing the connection, but are in fact, merging deeper into it. What they are losing, is the fear, not the union. For a while they were unsure and in despair, but now they are sure and so deeply in love again.  

Not only do they feel closer to each other once more, they feel closer than ever to their soul family who is always guiding them forward.
